• Educated in Brazil and moved to the US in 1984 with a student visa, continuing academics with ESOL from Georgia State University 

• Speaks Portuguese & English

• Experience with niece with special needs influenced career path

• She lives in Weston with her husband, has two grown children, & a son-in-law. Enjoys puzzles, criminal investigative shows, and traveling to Brazil with family
